Salary, grading and steps
Your grade and step determine the basic salary; annual step progression and reclassification follow the Staff Regulations.
Main allowances & PMO assessment
Expatriation, household and dependent child allowances are assessed by the PMO on the basis of your personal and family situation declared in SYSPER.
Childcare & Schooling (pme Familienservice & European School)
Support for childcare places through pme Familienservice and information on enrolment at the European School and accredited schools, including the education allowance.
Installation and removal costs
Newcomers may claim the installation allowance and reimbursement of removal and travel costs under the applicable conditions and deadlines.
Updating bank account details (FiLIP)
Bank account details are updated in FiLIP; changes made before the 5th of the month apply to that month's salary payment.
