Newcomers complete a probationary period during which objectives are agreed with the line manager and an evaluation report is drawn up before confirmation in post.

Each newcomer is paired with a technical mentor for the job content and a cultural mentor for life at the Agency and in the host country.

Monthly induction sessions cover the Agency's mandate, governance, tools and services, plus a dedicated HR administrative session.
